With Technician, Bullet Seed becomes a multi-strike move with a base power of 37.5 (which is monstrous because it means that the move has at least 75 base power, with a maximum of 187.5 base power, which is enormous), and Mach Punch becomes a move with a decent (at least, in this stage of the game) power of 60 base power, with +1 priority, These two moves alone let you take out Frogadier and her second Pokémon (I don't remember what it was but ik it was weak to fighting.) Its 115 base speed blitzes Breloom's base 70 speed!" ![]() ![]() Does your Breloom have the ability Technician? (It's its HA, so it's rare and that's why I'm asking.) Breloom gets access to Bullet Seed via TM (I don't know where it is but I know that I picked it up somewhere in or before Mount Moon) and gets Mach Punch by evolution. ![]()
